Bracknell Dentist 3 Day Charity Bike Ride Raising Funds For Alzheimers

London to Brussels Charity Bike Ride
Dr Teresa and husband Mike:-

  • Cycled 245 miles
  • Used up 5646 calories
  • Had a  max speed of 34.8mph although their average speed was somewhat less. 

Seen here relaxing in Brussels at the end of the ride.

Their bikes have been put on the truck to come back to the UK. They will return to the UK in a more leisurely fashion by letting the train take the strain on the way back.

Dr Teresa and husband Mike have cycled 20 miles so far today and at 10am they stopped for a water break. 

Only another 60 or so miles to go !

Dr Teresa and husband Mike have cycled 86 miles today and have just arrived in Bruges – starving hungry! 
The last 25 miles were wet and windy, sore hands and bottoms!  @ 15.43 Friday 6th Sept

Dr Teresa and her husband Mike started their London to Brussels Charity bike ride at 6.30 this foggy morning. They are riding to raise money for Alzheimers, sadly both Dr Teresa's parents have this devastating condition.
