Bracknell Dentist Celebrates 25th Birthday in February 2015

Appledore Dental Clinic in Bracknell celebrates 25 years of helping people to have healthy & happy smiles.

Appledore was created by Dr Teresa Day on 2nd February 1990 in the lovely village of Binfield and on the 2nd February this year we had a party at the clinic to celebrate. Bubbly and cake, with free dental check-ups for children (including healthy smile certificates), a lovely day with lots of fun and plenty of cake :)

We're also having a Grand Charity Ball on 9th May to ensure we celebrate our Silver Jubilee in style (black tie adult event, dress up to the nines) https://www.facebook.com/events/325090034357171/

Dr Teresa said ‘I still cannot believe it’s been 25 years’ !   It was lovely that so many of our patients popped in to say hello and to celebrate with us, and the children loved their healthy smile certificates, they are a fantastic way to encourage children to have good dental health’.

• Immediate start, minimum statutory wage + dental nurse course fee paid.
• 35 hours per week with rota’d shifts From 7.30am - 8.30pm, Mon – Fri & some Saturdays 
• You’ll be responsible for ensuring clinical procedures are followed rigorously at Appledore, working as part of our fabulous nursing team and alongside our dentists and therapists.

Bracknell Dentist Trials New Product For Oral B

We are pleased to announce that Appledore has been chosen as one of only 100 practices throughout the UK to trial a new product for Oral B 

The new product is called the ‘Test Drive’, this enables dental professionals to trial the ‘Oral B’ electric toothbrush in patient’s mouths by using clinically hygienic interchangeable disposable heads.

From July 2014 Appledore Bracknell will have the ability to give you the sensation of trialling an ‘Oral B’ toothbrush for yourself.

Bracknells Singing Dentist Fed Ex Apologizes

Bracknell dentist gets apology from Fed Ex for losing Elvis' tooth.  A lovely parcel containing unusual tea, coffee and spa products arrived at Appledore today with apologies from Fed Ex.

Dr Teresa invites Appledore Binfield patients to arrive early for their appointments and have the time to enjoy one of these fab tea or coffees while they're available, the spa products home were put in a draw and one of the lucky team took these home for a pamper session.

Fed Ex (in error) took the Elvis tooth for an extra tour round the UK so it was late arriving for our planned Elvis day on 29th May.
